Every mistake brings new opportunities.

Sometimes it takes a while to realise you made a mistake, sometimes you have to see the other side to see the mistake.

That being said, every mistake you make you will discover new opportunities, new options will open up and everything will eventually work out.

So is it really a mistake?

Every choice is a journey, and each choice can take you on multiple experiences, you only live once so enjoy the ride.

Today you can choose to do one thing and tomorrow you can work out it was the wrong choice but maybe, just maybe the next day or even the next week you will discover that the choice you made has lead you to another choice, which can be the best choice you have ever chosen.

Think about it this way, if you didn’t choose that bad choice, or multiple bad choices, you may have never gotten the chance to make the best choice.

Here is an example.

Take my job for a round about example.

You aren’t happy in the job your doing, you loose heart and you start looking for a fresh start, then you find what appears to be a better job, that turns out to be shit too, but you stay for a while because it’s not as bad as your last job, then you eventually get yourself stuck in a rut and end up going with the flow because, well if your british, that’s what we are best at right? But your ready to give up, that towel is just about to leave your hands as your throwing it, you start looking for another job.

Just then, maybe you end up being sent to other depots to help out, because they have a load of work on but your place has very little, then you end up loving it at the depot you helped out at, everyone welcomes you with open arms, you’re treated like part of their little work family, you love it there but the time there is cut short because you’re home depot becomes busy again, you get dragged back into the rut you temorarily left behind.

You get offered to transfer to the depot, everyone keeps asking you when you’re moving to said depot. You then decide this is the way you want to go, you have found where you want to be, somewhere you truely believe you belong. Eventually you move to said depot and everything is rosey.

You see, every choice you make is just a stepping stone, eventually you will get to where you want to be, where you need to be, you’re happy place.

Keep going and keep smiling, you may be experiencing a tough time at the moment but your path is always winding and it will be very steep and fall sharply, but you will never see what’s round them curves or over the brow of that hill, so just enjoy the ride and go with the flow there will be surprises and shocks, but there will always be happy time and resting spots.

Make those choices, do what you wouln’t usually do, take that leap, and keep looking forward, you never know what the future holds.

As the song goes, it’s just a bad day, not a bad life.

To my regular readers, let me appologise for not posting in over a month (maybe even 2 months now, shit) I’ve been going through a rough patch, personally and mentally, I’ve not exactly been in a good place to be doing blogs as of late, but there is good news, I’ve been getting lost in my own little world of book writing, and it’s getting pretty damn good. I’m also thinking of creating some short stories, exclusively for my blog ….. let me know what you think in the comments please, and thank you for those who have messaged me on social media checking to make sure I’m ok, you are all awesome.
