Happy friday peeps. I hope you all have an awesome weekend, and I hope you had a good week too.
So today has been an awesome day, weather wise anyway. Work wasn’t too bad either, I technically don’t go back to work till Thursday, so happy days, but got a course Tuesday and Wednesday, and booked off Monday.
Also the competition I ran didn’t go to plan. Only 1 person entered the 3 photograph competition, therefore by default they are the winner. The next one will be different, I’ll sort it out for next weekend. I’ll sort it out y doing it exclusively by a competition page, and mention it in all the blogs throughout the competition phase.
Today at work one the lads was doing a service and noticed a tyre blown, and I mean proper blown. I’ll show pictures don’t worry. The driver said he didn’t know about it, but a truck tyre blowing isn’t something you can’t hear or feel. So I really don’t know what happened there. Pretty conserning if I’m honest.
I done an adblue pump today (for the 1st time ever) that was fun to the point it was leaking all over my arms, not a nice feeling and it smells and irritates like fuck.
Done it though so woohoo. I also had a bollocking for not filling out the quality check form for an MOT, yeah my bad, I always hold my hands up for my mistakes, but yeah let not go into that much, I said what I needed to say.
We have also had a spate of MOT fails for brakes, that’s shit it really is. When we test the brakes, using a brake tester during the quality check or MOT prep, they pass. But on the MOT they have failed. It’s fucking frustrating but we can’t control what happens during the MOT, but there isn’t anything we can actually do if it’s passing during preperation. I really can’t explain why it just is what it is.
You just got to keep smiling and keep going I guess.
