For those that will be alone this Christmas remember you are never alone.

Today I want you to think about those who have noone this Christmas, those who are on their own, those who have lost more than you could even imagine.

There are people who don’t have anyone at all, there are people who have been abandoned or even just forgotten about.

There are people who aren’t even celebrating Christmas due to the fact they have lost someone recently, and they are thinking what is the point?

Many people out there will not be feeling the christmas spirit, those that are sad. Some are even feeling there is no point in even being here, and even some that feel they don’t deserve to celebrate, never lone share this existence we all do.

Many people are suffering with depression this time of year, so check on your family members, check on your friends, your work colleagues and even your neighbours.

Show them that you care, show them that the world hasn’t come to an end, let them see they are not alone, not forgotten.

Let them know that they are welcome, even just for a chat, even invite that neighbour round, you know the one that you have seen they have never had visitors.

Send them a card, or even a little gift, maybe even a Christmas dinner.

You never know, you may even save their life.

Be someone’s shining light this Christmas, because hey that’s what it’s all about eh?

Be that someone who you would want in your darkest hour, you never know when you may need it yourself.
