Today I “celebrate” 34 years of being alive.

I’ve reached life level 34.

It’s been a long winding road, many many bad times but also many good.

My biggest life achievement to date is my kids, my son and daughter. They are and always will be my world.

Other achievements are my job, I went through 3 years of my life doing my apprenticeship, passed everything and got further qualifications added on top through the years.

I love my life, I don’t love some sections of my life but that’s how we grow and become who we are.

Another life accomplishment is my blog. Which I also Celebrate my 1st year of doing blogs (started on wordpress on the 4th)

Birthdays don’t seem to be a big thing as you get older, 34 isn’t nothing special right?

This time last year I was thinking of doing something different, and I thought it wouldn’t really take off I’m too old to be starting new things.

But I done it anyway. It changed my life, not in a massive way, I’m not famous, and it’s not made me rich.

It’s done amazing things for me, and my blog has “established” all over the world. Yeah 1000s of people all over the world have read the sh!t I’ve posted on my website I made through WordPress, the picture below shows all the places my blog reached so far (1st picture 2021, 2nd picture 2022, only 9 posts this year so far, yeah I’m slacking).

I’ve done 319 blogs so far, and have 342 followers on wordpress, and other social media, and on LinkedIn I have 129 followers and 124 connections.

Pretty good great yeah? Well I think so.

Those are just numbers, but behind them numbers are people. People all over the world interested in my writing (even though most of it is just talking sh!t).

It feels amazing how far I have come in my 34 years, but totally awesome how far I have come in the past year, I’ve grown as a person in many ways.

I’m no longer that shy kid who wouldn’t say boo to a goose, I’m no longer that kid without friends, I’m no longer just that kid who stammers, I’m a strong independent man. I have friends, I have hobbies and interests and I’ve realised (albeit a bit late) I can do anything and accomplish anything.

That’s why I’ve also started writing a book. Hopefully to be completed this year, a new chapter in my life and it feels AMAZING.

Moral of this story is, your never too old to try new things, and if I can accomplish things, so can you.

Never let anything or anyone hold you back.

Do what your destined to do, but also do what your not destined to do. Do everything in your power that can be done.

Live your life to the max.

As I start my 2nd year of blogging I want to invite you all to follow me further into the blogosphere and enjoy the ride with me, and when my book is done I’ll be giving away a few free copies. Maybe make a competition in the future.
