Day 23, hmm 2 more days to go eh?

I would say 2 more sleeps, but I wont be sleeping much tonight, I’ll be having a power nap in the morning.

I’m pulling a double shift, yeah fucking hardcore I am. I’m pulling a double so I can have tomorrow free to spend with lil man, also to get some extra work done so not struggling for space in the workshop tomorrow.

With Christmas eve, both shifts come in at same time to let everyone go at the same time, so that equals to 2 full shifts working in the same amount of space as one shift on a daily basis, which then equals to the same space for double the people, I just think it’s easier to get extra work done pulling a double.

Yeah I may be tired but I used to do doubles pretty much everyday, so it won’t affect me too much to be honest.

So basically win win, I get to have a free day with my son and work get a little bit extra out of me.

It’s awesome to have this kind of relationship with work, like a you scratch my back I’ll scratch yours. Plus I never really ask for much, and they know I’ll do what needs to be done.

Anyway, how is everyone? Are you rushing around trying to get stuff done? I know a load of people who still need to do their whole Christmas shop, sorry but I couldn’t do that, I’d be stressing too much.

I struggle with presents and gifts as it is, I never really know what to buy anyone, no matter how much I know them.

Hey don’t judge, I struggle to even buy for myself.

Also let me take this time to say hello to little Jack’s mum, not sure what your name is but Jack said you was asking about my blog yesterday, so sign up to the emails you will love my blogs, I’ll also do more blogs about Jack too and get him in trouble haha.

Anyway, sorry about that side track, I just wanted to make someones day.

Do you ever get that feeling you forgot something?

Even though all the Christmas shopping is done, all presents bought and wrapped, some delivered and picked up, well whatever needed delivering and picking up, I still got that niggling feeling something is missing or something has been forgotten.

Even though I know everything is set, and now I’m just ready to ride the motion of the ocean, I got that feeling.

Hey ho, anything that is missing will have to wait till next year.

I finish work at 6am (UK time), then I’m done for this year, no more work until 2022, now that feels good.

It feels like it’s been a pretty good year all round to be fair, I’ll be saying the emotional farewells tomorrow morning to the awesome lads at work, hugs and kisses all round (well maybe no kisses, but you never know eh? I am surrounded by soppy sods)

Anyway, I’m not breaking rules by doing this blog now, I been doing it during fag breaks and food break, so it’s all good haha.

Todays Christmas song is technically a Christmas song, don’t care what you say, it’s about jesus so it is ….. debate me haha.
