Good evening peeps, what a day today has been.
It’s been a good one at work, we had a laugh but got some shit done, not overly busy but busy enough.
I pretty much stripped down the front end of a truck to change the front cab mountings, not an easy task but pretty fun to do. Sorry no pictures, I got too into it, but I wish I did take some you would have loved it.
After work I took lil man to maccies, he was well happy about that, once I got home, I was proper sparked out, it’s not 22.20, and I’ve woken up, spoken to treacle tits, and jakey has been poorly, but the past few days he’s got better. Wanna see a picture of him? He’s proper cute.
He was a proper lil chubby fucker, but he lost a fair bit of weight last weekend, but he’s lost even more now, that’s how poorly hes been. Mind you he don’t half feel sorry for himself when he is ill, bless his cotton socks.
This picture is from a while ago, he sits there a lot protecting us from the birds esspecially the seagulls.
This is my favoirite picture of him, I took it ages ago, but he’s so cute. He is a jug, a cross between a jack russel and a pug. He’s getting old now, but usually he can run like he’s a little puppy, he would give a grey hound a run for their money.
Also yesterday, I watched a film called the accountant, staring Ben Affleck, basically he’s an accountant (yeah shocking eh?) But hes also an assasin, the big thing is he has autism, there was so mamy times I saw something that reminded me of lil man. There was a few funny parts, made me laugh and chuckle so much, watch it on Netflix, you won’t regret it.
In a way it is a film raising awareness for autism, in a strange assasin messed up way. Take it this way (spoiler alert, if you don’t want a spoiler skip this part) his dad died being shot in the head, and everyone he kills he has to finish by shooting them in the head. It does explain and show autism in a way many wouldn’t think about. Just watch it.
Also watch bird box on Netflix too, Sandra Bullock is the main actress, such an awesome film too. I won’t say too much because it’ll give it all away, but basically she’s pregnant when the world comes to an end as we know it, and she gives birth and stuggles to connect with her kid, and another pregnant lady gives birth at the same time, and dies so she takes on her kid too. It’s such a touching story line definitely a must watch.
This year, the new fast and furious comes out, yeah they are awesome film, but they have lost their way, they should have stopped at number 3, yeah keep the others too, but name them something different, in the 2st one at the end was a bit of a disappointment mind, when Dom done a wheelie in his 1970 dodge charge while doing a burn out, shit that ruined it for me.
It’s physically impossible to do a wheelie while doing a burn out, you just can’t.
A wheelie requires so much torque (yes it’s possible) but it’ll need so much grip or traction to actually lift up the front end.
To do a burn out, you have to loose all that traction so the wheels can actually spin up.
So one needs a hell of a lot of traction, the other needs to loose it all, it’s physically impossible to do both at the same time. So I call bullshit there, why can’t films stick to the facts and make it more real, also (nothing against the Americans here, not even slightly I love the Americans) why do American films or programs obsessed with squealing wheels, even on dirt track or gravel driveways, the tyres are squealing on the road.
Even on police chase programs or videos, it’s fucking rediculous but funny at the same time. Albeit they make amazing films. That can’t be denied.
It’s Friday tomorrow peeps, rhe weekend will be upon us, also I’ll be having my 2nd covid jab.
It was due on the 20th, but I’ve booked off the week of the 16th, so I rescheduled for tomorrow, there’s still no extra limbs or superpowers from the last one, so I’m guessing this one will be the same. I’ll keep you updated.
