Many christmas traditions complete, opened presents, watched some Christmas specials on TV, I fell into a food coma and damn it felt good. I only need to have a few whiskeys and I’m done.
The food coma is one of the best things ever invented, having a nap after a big Christmas dinner is the perfect way to complete the transaction.
As Christmas starts to draw to a close everyone is happy right? Everyone has had a bit of time with the family, got a few presents and had a good meal and hopefully had a decent nap after too.
As the night draws in with nowhere to go or at least at the place you’re going to be finishing the day, you can have a few drinks (unless you’re the hero designated driver, never drink and drive, it’s not worth it). It’s been a long day and everyone is glad it’s done, you want it to last forever but when it’s over and done with everyone sighs with relief.
Christmas is amazing but it’s only one day but it’s a special day where everyone comes together, one special day of the year where everyone, family, friends and strangers alike have the same aim, to have an amazing happy day.
I hope you’re day has been amazing, full of joy, full of smiles, full of gifts and full of family and friends. Most of all I hope you’re day is full of new memories.
All the gifts will always come and go but your memories will remain with you forever, grab a hold of them and never let them go, never stop making new ones and carry them with you forever.
In the end that is all we have, that is all we will become so make them memories worth keeping. Everything round you right now is worthless without the memories. They are just things and objects, they mean nothing without memories attached to them.
Keep them memories happy and fun, keep creating the amazing ones.

Thank you

I had a great holiday and I hope you did too! Lots of driving for me though, but it is always worth it.

My Christmas was pretty chilled out, aye loads of food and had a few whiskeys and built some things (will feature in a very near future blog) and done a little bit of my book (not alot, not as much as I’d have liked to do) but it’s was successfully relaxing, just a shame it’s been ruined by having to work today (Friday) but at least its the weekend tomorrow, haha.
Everything feels worth it over the Xmas holidays doesn’t it? I hope you made plenty of memories and smiles with your lived ones
