Hey peeps.

It’s nearly been a month since my new life started, and here is an update …..

I know it’s getting longer and longer between blogs, life is busy, I’m so sorry.

It’s still amazing, I’m still loving it peeps, but shit me I’m more busy now than I’ve ever been.

I mean in real life, not work.

There seems to be a lot going on, and my phone camera got broken, but I’m getting a new one this weekend, so pictures can be taken again, especially the garden update (some awesome stuff, wait till next week, it’s worth it).

I’m also seeing my son Sunday, for the 1st time since moving down here. Damn I’ve missed that kid, but still been having calls so that makes me happy every time I hear his sweet little voice.

The new job is also going great, even though they keep telling me to slow down, and I work too hard. Never heard them sayings before at work, so that’s a shocker and half eh?

So yeah basically this will be a short one guys, but I’ll be making more effort to blog in the near future, I’m still settling into my new life, and new routine, which is more difficult than you would think.

That being said, I’m loving the 8am till 5pm work hours. More consistent and manageable, and fuck me, the sleep pattern is amazing, none of this shitty early starts and late finishes, it’s strictly 8 till 5. The lads are awesome to work with, and work as a team like no other.

Noone watches you work, if a job comes in and everything else is done, everyone jumps on it, just to make sure everyone finishes at 5 together.

No man gets left behind, to the point a customer couldn’t bring a truck into us till 4pm yesterday (more like half 4, the fucker was late) so we all jumped on the job, 6 of us altogether, done the service, gearbox oil change and fixed a PTO oil leak (it was the gaskets, all 3 were replaced) and a couple defects and we were still finished for 5pm.

Now I’m not being funny, but that doesn’t happen anywhere else does it? Even though it’s chilled and everyone is amazing there, obviously we still have busy times, which I like as it helps the day go faster.

Stand by peeps, as there is plenty more to come in the awesome new life.
