Hey peeps, so the Christmas period is done and in the past eh?

An awesome build up to an awesome day. I really hope you have all had the best day, the best Christmas and the best weekend.

I also really hope you all enjoyed the santablog series.

So the next step is new year. A new start to make it better that the previous, and by god let’s hope it’s a better one.

I’ve stopped smoking, so that’s a good step surely? Well all I’m saying is let’s see how long it lasts. I’m not holding much hope, but I’m not giving up on giving up.

I’ll have a few slip ups now and then, I guarantee that, but I’m hoping I won’t full on smoke again.

I got me a vape, only to help or assist in my stopping of smoking, we will see how that pans out too.

Stopping smoking isn’t my new years resolution by the way, hell no, it’s more of a “it’s getting way too expensive, but also it’ll help my health” kind of thing. I’ve been talking about quitting for a while, well years if I’m honest, but there’s always been something to down right piss me off.

I’m in the process of having a bit of time off work, so I thought “fuck it, let’s try” and since Christmas night I’ve not touched a fag, so not bad eh?

I know 2 days isn’t exactly a lot, but for someone who has been smoking so long, it’s an achievement all on it’s own.

We also didn’t get any snow, so that giyted me too, but hey ho, it is what it is.

Todays blog won’t be very long, it’s been a long month so far, and I’m on the wind down, hey I’m allowed it’s been a year, busy and full of surprises.
