Day 1 of 2 on the course, take advantage of what earth has to offer, stop and see the natural beauty.

Hey peeps, so training day 1 of 2 fijished, back home time to chill.

It’s not a bad course, but I’d rather be in the workshop. I’m more of a hands on kind of guy, sitting in a classroom learning stuff isn’t totally me, but itsa good break and learning new things is fun. A lot of the stuff I know pretty well but no matter what your always learning new stuff.

I’ve always said no matter what you know, you will always learn something new. Esspecially doing the job I do, things change constantly, so you could be the best mechanic in the world, you will never know everything.

Done a couple of little tests today, based on what we learned today, we all passed nice. The other 3 lads on the course, limited due to covid restrictions and adhering to social distancing obviously, are sound. We had a good chat now and then and a good laugh. It’s nice meeting new people.

The usual trainer I’ve always had has retired now, Collin, he was awesome and going to miss him to be fair. The bloke who’s teaching this course, Glenn, is cool too. We had a bit of a chat before everyone else turned up, just random chats to be fair.

Should be a pass in the bag tomorrow, but you never know, you know what they say don’t you, don’t count your chickens until they have hatched, or something along them lines.

I also saw lil man on the way home, he’s still obsessed with, I want to know what love is – by foreigner. He’s still singing it word for word, and doing his little music videos, then watching them and laughing at himself haha.

He’s going to be something amazing when he’s older mark my words.

Never under estimate an autistic kid, they are more clever than you can ever imagine.

Yesterday, driving home I saw the moon and it was massive it looked amazing.

Also driving home, didn’t get pictures because of driving on the motorway, the sun was setting and it looked awesome. The sky was red and I love that, it’s amazing the views you can see when you stop and look.

You see things aren’t appreciated these days, the beautiful things the earth provides. It’s pure natural beauty, not many people stop to take it in these days. So next time you have 5 minutes just stop what your doing, go outside and look around, watch the sun set, watch the moon in the night sky, stare at the stars and just take it in.

Sometimes, you can check google when, you can see the other planets that share this solar system with us, it’s awesome to see, and even on rare occasions you can see shooting stars.

“Shooting stars” actually have nothing to do with stars, they are literally just dust particles and rocks called meteoroids, which are significantly smaller than astroids, falling into the earths atmosphere. Such a beautiful sight.

So take advantage of the stuff around you, while it lasts. It (or you) will not be around forever, and you will regret not seeing what the earth has to offer.
