Press play before you start reading, get into that Christmas spirit

It’ll be lonely for some this Christmas, more so for those who have lost someone this year, even more so for those who have lost multiple people.

Some of us have lost family members or friends, some of us have lost both. It’ll be a tough one for most of us, not only the ones we have lost this year but the ones lost last year or the year before, even from 5 or 10 years ago, maybe even 100 years ago (depending how old you are).

It’s not nice missing loved ones, in fact it’s fucking horrible. It also shows you’re thinking of them, which is also nice because they are never forgotten.

I guarantee they would love to be remembered, but not see you sad, they would want you to be happy and remember the good times. They would want you to smile and laugh when you think of them.

Noone wants to be remembered with tears and depressing moments, do they? Your loved ones lost want you happy and if they could return they would make sure you knew that.

So don’t be sad when remembering your lost loved ones, celebrate them with love and laughs and smiles, that’s what they would want.
