DAY 17.
I’m getting more and more excited as the days go by, the closer Christmas get the bigger my smile becomes.
Work is so much fun during this time of year, I just wish it was like this all the time. The lads are all cheery and happy, and you can see the Christmas cheer bouncing off the walls from everyone, and thats why im excited to go back Tuesday (even if it is only for 4 days).
Have you ever heard of the saying practice makes perfect? I call bullshit on that.
Practice makes improvement, practice makes progress, not perfection nothing is perfect, noone is perfect, everything can always be improved, including yourself, not physically, I mean mentally and internally.
Never stop progressing, never stop improving, never stop becoming better, better still never stop becoming a better person.
Becoming a better person is the key, always look at ways to improve yourself, you will always find faults, if you can’t others will. That being said, never change for someone else, never be someone your not for another person. If people can’t take you for who you are then they don’t belong in your life.
Becoming better at your job never stops, you will never know it all, and those who claim they do know even less. Trust me, the world around us is changing every second, you learn something new every day, you will never know everything, there is always a different way to do what you do, be it simpler or easier there’s always a different way, learn these ways and teach yours, help others become what you are, and never think your better than the next person.
Throughout your whole life you will be learning, you will never stop, even when you think your not. Let that knowledge slip it’s way in, and teach everything you know.
I mean come on everyone started off new once, even you.
Once upon a time you knew nothing, the things you know now has been taught to you by someone else. Everything the next generation will know, will come from you.
Your only as smart as the people before you.
Knowledge is free, so why not share it?
Never call someone stupid or dumb because they don’t know what you know, your the dumb ass for not teaching them what they need to know.
If your the type to keep knowledge to yourself to make you feel inferior then I feel sorry for you.
Your only as clever as the people you teach.
