DAY 8.

As many many will have family and friends over this festive holiday season, you may have plenty of presents you may have plenty to eat, and you may have too muny christmas films to watch and enjoy.

There will be many people who are lonely this Christmas, many won’t have any friends or family to keep them company, many won’t even have a Christmas dinner because ….. well what’s the point in cooking something so lavish just for one eh?

Please spare a thought for these people, as many occasions it’s not their fault.

If you know of someone who will be alone this Christmas, invite them over, even if it’s just for a drink, maybe even do a spare plate and take it round to them, I mean we do tend to over indulge and throw plenty away, so why not feed it to someone rather than the bin?

Maybe even just a card posted through their letterbox would make them happier than anything this year.

Just think about if it was you and how much you would appreciate it done for you.

It could be your neighbour spending the day on their own, maybe even just a conversation.

Gifts come in many forms, not just wrapped up in pretty paper tied with a bow.
