Day 6.
Christmas really is the most wonderful time of the year, don’t you think?
I mean, come on it is magical and it brings people together. Don’t get me wrong we should all come together more often throughout the year, but during Christmas we all make a point of doing so because, well, it’s Christmas.
You also get a few more days off work so that makes it loads better eh?
It’s also the only time of the year you can get away with thing too, stuff you wouldn’t normally get away with through any other time of the year.
Yes I mean them cheeky little treats, scoffing chocolate because it’s Christmas so it doesn’t count, skipping gym day, putting that diet on pause, the only day of the year you don’t have to feel guilty about doing nothing.
Because its Christmas.
For most of us its the only time we ever see a sprout, neverlone eat one.
It’s the only day of the year we all share together, one special day of the year we all have one goal, that’s relax and eat Christmas Dinner and open a shit ton of presents. It’s the only day of the year everyone is doing the same thing.
That is the magic of Christmas, it brings us all close together.
That is why we love Christmas, that is why Christmas is the best time of the year, it’s not about the presents it’s about the good times and the fun we enjoy so much, it’s about the what we do with the time.
Enjoy your Christmas, do what you want and do all the fun things you have deprived yourself of and don’t feel guilty, because you have the whole of 2024 to make up for it.
