23 days to go.

Welcome to the 4th instalment of 2023s santablog series.

Today I would like you to think of yourself.

Are you happy? Many of us put on a smile for the world, but deep down we are sad and depressed.

Especially on a Monday, we all have the Monday blues, I do but that’s because I had last week off as holiday, so that always makes me worse.

Today’s song was chosen just because it’s one of my favourites, it’s so full of joy and never fails to cheer me up, so I hope it does the same for you.

The whole point of this series leading up to Christmas is to help everyone get into the spirit of things, but the thing that gives me the most joy is seeing you all view and read this. When I get a like or a comment it gives me so much happiness I can’t explain.

I say I do these blogs to make other people happy and smile, but mostly (I’ll admit) it’s the fact of being noticed and seen that gives me the most joy.

That being said, I can’t feel joy and happiness without spreading it out to all of you, whether your a avid reader and come back with every blog I write, or if your a passer by and this is the 1st and last blog of mine you see.

I’m nearly starting my 4th year of blogging (in feburary) and my 1st year I got nearly 8000 views, the following year I didn’t even get half of that, and this year I barely got any.

Albeit, this year I haven’t blogged as much due to concentrating on my book, so that is why I have had less and less this year.

As depressing as that is, I shall never stop, mostly because this is my little corner of the world, of the Internet, that will always be mine, full of my thoughts and my problems and my successes. Go check out my other blogs, make me smile today (not begging haha, ok maybe a little bit)

I do hope to get more readers, but if I don’t then so be it.

I’m happy here typing away, all of my blogs have had at least 1 view, haha. Some have had 100s of views.

That still makes me happy, just knowing one random person in the world has taken some time to read something I’ve written.

It means I have been noticed, it means I am real and this life really isn’t just a waste of time.

It means my life is a show worth watching, it isn’t a waste of time, life is worth living and you can make a dent in the world, even if it is just so tiny it would barely disrupt the aerodynamics of life.

But it is worth it, my show may never win a Grammy or any awards, but it makes a difference, someone’s life has been improved because of me, my life is a show that can make a difference.

So is yours.

You can make a little difference or a massive impact, so don’t waste it, go and make it shine, go and make the most of your life and make your story heard in any way you can.

You are worth it, your worth the attention, your words and actions can make a little difference in the world, but a massive impact to one person’s life.

Go and be happy, spread a smile, make someone laugh, or even just say hey to a stranger.

Go and be a super star in your story.
