1st week of 2022, live your life to the max.

Wow what a week it has been.

Not bad, don’t worry, work has been nice but going back to work after a pretty long time off is tiring.

This week I have been over tired, pretty much at 10pm I’ve been hitting a brick wall, my body has started to shut down and saying no more today.

Then the mornings have been sleeping in. I wanted to get up early and continue to get up early and make the most of life, but work has been knocking me on my ass, not in a bad way just tiring. From spending a very long week, 10 days, pretty much just chilling out to full on work on lates has kicked my ass.

I’m dreading next week when I’m on earlies, 6am start, but 2pm finish, should be nice but a killer to actually get up at 5 am to get ready, I think too much time off work is worse for you, even though the break feels amazing at the time.

They say it takes ages for your body to change and get used to a new routine, hell it does but not when that routine is relax. It just takes ages for your body to get back into the swing of things.

It’s been so bad for me getting back into the swing of work that I’ve been too tired to get blogs done.

I blame it on the quitting smoking thing personally, yeah I’m still doing awesome peeps, I’m proud.

I’ll be feeling a hell of a lot better after next week, 2 weeks of being back at work will get me back into the awesomeness that is real life eh? I fucking hope so.

Let me know how your year is going so far, as far as I can tell with reading the news the world is still full of shot and bad news, I personally think the news should always end on a nice story.

Yeah a nice story at the end of each news broadcast should be a happy story, that way the happy outweighs the bad, and 99% of the time it’s the last story that people remember.

So my birthday is coming up, 26 days until I turn 34, well nothing special about 34 is there?

Do you remember me saying a losd of blogs ago that your life and body changes mostly on a 5 year basis (if not you better start reading back) well after 34 comes 35 right? So I’m working up to 35, that will be how I spend my next 5 years up until 40, I call it the 5 year trend.

When I wrote that blog loads of people said they recognise the 5 year trend, and its true.

As I said you reach 5, you become a proper child, and start school ect. At 10 you start heading towards teenage years, life changes because you start preparing for high school (in the UK) and your body starts changing ect. Then 15 comes and you start preparing for exams and shit, body starts changing again, and you start building up your personality, ready for the real world. Then 20 comes and slaps you silly, again changes real world is here and ready for you and you become an adult, you need to start growing up (well you should).

You know what I mean, every 5 years something happens and you just change, you follow this trend, and no matter how old you are you will always change, even at 30, 35, 40 and then 45 and 50 come and go then your getting older (obviously). As you get older, your facing new challenges, your a different person, you wouldn’t recognise yourself from 5 years ago.

You see what I mean? Read this blog (link below) for more in depth.

So to end, I’ll say this, I hope your 1st week of 2022 has been good, and let the rest of the year follow suit, let’s make this year awesome, live your life to the max.

  1. I get up at 5am daily! I really love it! Happy early Birthday! I’m 48. I plan on improving myself as I feel I’m right in the middle and need to feel more alive! Great job on not smoking!
