Hey peeps, we’re at the half way point of the week once again, bloody hell it’s gone quick.

I’ve reached another milestone yesterday peeps.

1000 likes milestone, thank you all so much. I got that last night while at work, and it made my day. Since then I’ve had a load more likes. You are all amazing and thank you so much for liking my blogs. It means the world.

I’d also like to say I love the comments I get off you all, it’s an amazing feeling knowing my blogs get all this attention, I really didn’t think I’d get this much attention for my words.

For years I’ve been tempted to write and never thought I’d be good enough but this shows I’m not too bad I supose.

It’s also got me thinking, I’ve always wanted to write a book. I may be good at blogging but I dunno if I’d be good at doing a whole book. Maybe I’ll do a couple short stories and post them here see what you peeps think before I go the whole hog, but seriously I wouldn’t even know where to start haha, but then again I didn’t know where to start with my blog so anything can happen.

Today the supervisor is off work for his sons birthday, but so is the standing in supervisor, he’s just got a day off. So today will be interesting, I’m expecting a lot of Rob this and Rob that. Maybe the workshop controller will stay over, I don’t know what will happen the lads have already expressed I’m 3rd in line but I doubt that will happen. It’ll be an interesting day to say the least.

The past couple of days at work have been nice, and the past couple of mornings with my son have been awesome.

Yesterday ws the 1st time he actually came bck to mine, as I live in a shared house his mother hasn’t wanted him to come here, she was worried the other residents may have been on drugs and shit, but they are a nice bunch of lads so I’ve convinced her it’s all good here. I ws always taking him out which usually gets expensive as you can’t do much these days without paying, and theres only so many time he wants to go to the park. We been wtching boss bby series on Netflix and he laughs his little head off at it, yes I have too it’s funny as hell don’t judge.

He got excited coming to spend time with daddy at his “house”, and it’s awesome to have him here. These 4 walls can make you feel alone in the world at times. Both times he’s spent time here with me he hasn’t wanted to go home, he wanted to stay here forever. Breaks my heart having to keep taking him home.

Especially through all this covid shit, he has barely left the house, pretty much only with me, he probably feels lonely because he doesn’t really have friends, because he’s home schooled, and it kills me inside knowing he gets lost in his own little world on his own.

All I want is him to be happy, yeh he is happy don’t get me wrong, but he’s pretty much alone and missing out on so much socialising with kids his own age.

He loves getting out there, and loves being outdoors, and I hate the fact that he spends 99% of his time stuck in the house.

Which will also bring me to another post I’ll do in future, about isolation and it’s impact. I’ll leave that there though. It may get done tonight, depends how today goes.
